My plaque came in missing the 2 kids hands. I emailed them when i recieved the plaque(saturday june 13) and i never received an email back. I emailed them again on Wednesday june 17 and it is now fathers day sunday june 21 and no email except to review the product. I like the plaque its ok, bigger than i thought but i wish i could hang it up, but not happy they did not add the 2 characters hands or responde to any of my emails. I am not going to buy from this place again forvthe main reason that they never responded to my emails (the only form of communication i found for them). Sadly, the fathers day present is not what i wanted for the almost $50 i spent. Very poor customer service.
